Saturday Morning Surf Camp is Here!
Our Fall 2025 Saturday program was epic and we’re stoked to announce Saturday Morning Surf Camp for June 2026 through October 2026 finishing with the Halloween Surf Contest Grand Finale on Oct. 31st! These weekend sessions are perfect for campers who want to keep riding waves from summer and into the school year ramps up. We all know Fall has the best waves & weather 🔥
Whether your surfer is continuing from our Monday–Friday surf camp or just looking for a fun, active weekend activity, Saturday Surf Camp is the place to be!
What to Expect
Our Saturday Morning Surf Camps offer the same surf instruction and fun vibe as our weekday summer programs. Surf campers will:

Saturday Surf Camp runs 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM each Saturday at Tower 28 in Santa Monica, giving families the perfect mix of surf time and weekend flexibility.
Single Session Cost: $120
4 Session Cost: $456
Registration Process: Same as Summer Camp Programs 👉 Use Camp Half-Day Credits, reserve your dates and we’ll see you at the beach!

Season Grand Finale - Halloween Surf Contest

Costumes: Absolutely
Surfing Level: All Levels Welcome
Competition Experience Required?: No prior experience required. We’ll teach the kids how competition works in the Saturdays leading up to the event.
Cost: $50 for participating surfers, FREE to attend and enjoy

What to Know & Frequently Asked Questions
Are surfboards and wetsuits included?
Yes, we include surfboards & wetsuits for all of our programs. If kids want to bring their own boards to progress and master their equipment, they are very welcome to!
What is your student to instructor ratio?
At Aqua Surf, we stand out with our Premier Ratio Initiative, ensuring our students get the individual attention they deserve. Our expertly trained beach captains dynamically adjust ocean ratios based on surf conditions, safety measures, and the maturity and experience of the group (Learn More). This approach not only elevates safety but also optimizes one-on-one instruction in the water, thanks to our high number of skilled instructors.

Should they bring some snacks or lunch?
Yes, surfers should bring a lunch or at least a snack. 2-3 hours is a very long time to be surfing, we’ll no doubt be taking breaks for water, snacks & sunscreen.
Can I use my existing surf camp 1/2 day credits?
Yes, you can use the same credits for Saturday half days as for Summer and Spring break camps. We like to keep it simple 🤙
What is the parking situation?
If you are just dropping off or picking up your surfer, tell the gate attendant (if they are there) and they will let you enter the lot without paying. If you stay, we recommend paying the attendant or kiosk.
About our Aqua Surf Staff
We’ll just say it, we think our staff is awesome! We have Surf Instructors, Surf Camp Counselors, Camp Directors and Coaches who are passionate local surfers, sailors, students and all-around great humans. We’re thankful to do what we love by sharing surfing & the ocean with the next generation. We’ll be ready to get some waves and have some epic Saturdays!
