Over 100 students from Colorado traded snow boots for surfboards — and experienced the magic of the ocean, hands-on. Aqua Surf hosted this epic group surf event in Los Angeles as the grand finale to their marine biology field trip, and it delivered a full day of smiles, stoke, and discovery.
For many, it was their first time seeing or even touching the ocean. With wetsuits zipped and boards in hand, students dove into team-building beach games, ocean education activities, and beginner surf instruction led by our experienced crew. The beach was soon alive with cheers, confidence, and the joy of catching that very first wave.
